3. Course Ownership

Once your courses are published on Theshakeel.com, they become the property of Theshakeel.com. You may not offer these courses for sale on other platforms or websites.

4. Promotion and Marketing

5. Commission Structure

6. Payment and Payouts

You are solely responsible for the content and materials of the courses you create. This includes ensuring that your content is accurate, legally compliant, and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights. 8. Instructor Agreement

Before publishing any courses, you are required to sign a formal agreement outlining your responsibilities, including course content, promotion, and commission details. This agreement will be sent to you after the completion of your training and must be signed and returned before your courses can be published.

Instructors must provide personal and professional information as part of their application and ongoing role. Theshakeel.com collects and manages this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data to support your role, process payments, and improve our services.

10. Prohibition of Personal Contact Information Sharing

Instructors are strictly prohibited from sharing their personal contact information with students or acquiring, using, or disclosing any student contact or personal information. This restriction is in place to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our students. Any attempt to bypass this policy or misuse student information will result in immediate suspension or termination of your instructor account and may involve legal action.

11. Termination and Suspension

Theshakeel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your instructor account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or fail to meet our standards. In such cases, any pending payments will be settled according to our policies, and you may be prohibited from accessing the platform or publishing new content.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials related to the Theshakeel.com platform, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, are the intellectual property of Theshakeel.com. Instructors may not use or reproduce these materials without explicit permission. Similarly, while you retain ownership of your course content, you grant Theshakeel.com a license to use it as described in these terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Theshakeel.com, including its team, owner, and instructors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the courses. This includes any loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your involvement with Theshakeel.com.

18. Payment During Suspension and Termination

In the event of a suspension or termination of your instructor account, payments for any courses sold prior to the suspension or termination will be processed according to our standard payout schedule. However, during the suspension period, you will not be eligible to earn any commissions or access the platform. After termination, you will forfeit any rights to future commissions and will no longer be entitled to any payments related to courses published on Theshakeel.com. Any outstanding payments due to you will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

19. Course Status Post-Termination

Upon termination of your instructor account, all courses you have published on Theshakeel.com will remain on the platform, but you will no longer have access to edit or manage them. Theshakeel.com reserves the right to continue offering, modifying, or removing your courses from the platform as we see fit. You will not receive any further compensation or royalties for courses sold after the termination of your account. Instructor Behavior and Conduct Instructors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while conducting classes. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive actions, will result in immediate termination from their teaching duties without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.
